Hi there! I'm a Jesus lovin' wife, mama of two boys, and professional baby whisperer.  I specializes in maternity, newborn, first year baby milestones, and family portraits.

My photography journey is different than most would probably expect. I started photography before having my children and worked for a company taking newborn pictures at a hospital. Little did I know, that what I started because "I liked taking pictures and babies are sweet" helped me discover my passion. I became the lead photographer and hiring supervisor for that company but after a few years, I craved more than just snapping photos on black and white fleece backgrounds.

I'm a creative at heart, and I dove into the world of maternity, newborn and baby photography head first. In 2017 I did my first newborn session as Moriah Peterson Photography, in my living room and in 2019 I opened my first studio in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Photography is more than just a side-hustle for me. I love this job and turning my love for capture beautiful memories into a business has been so rewarding and an answered prayer.
