Today I'm sharing some of my favorites from Gatlin's newborn session at my studio in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Before each newborn session my client will receive a questionnaire to fill out and I use this information to fully customize and style their session.
Gatlin's momma requested the colors sage and rust and brought along dad's EMT and firefighter gear and a few special cowboy props. I can't wait to show you how cute his session turned out!
We started the session with big sister and also got some really sweet family shots.
I love this rust color so much and I think this color just compliments little Gatlin! This little teddy stuffie is a favorite of mine, I mean look how cute!
It doesn't get much cuter than a little cowboy! I love how this setup turned out too!
It is always an honor to capture such special memories for all my families, but it's really special when I get to honor our first-responders. I love how this EMT/ firefighter setup turned out, and mom and dad really loved it too!
I used this textured sage blanket towards the end of our session and little Gatlin ended up waking up for a few pictures. Oh and I love the plaid and button detail on that little sage hat!
We finished up the session with this rainbow baby setup, little Gatlin is the rainbow after the storm for this incredibly sweet family. I loved having them at my studio and I'm so excited that Gatlin will be back in my studio for his 6 month session.
